Understand the terms before you make the introduction.
01

Verification before participation

To cooperate as an agent, your identity and authority must be checked. Registration alone is not approval. Your current approval status is shown in the agent area.

02

Find properties open to cooperation

Find properties whose owners offer cooperation. Check the displayed cooperation terms before proposing a buyer.

03

Register with the buyer’s consent

Register a buyer for the relevant property only with their express consent. The owner then reviews the proposed cooperation.

04

Document the protection you agree

Follow the progress and recorded confirmations in the case. The terms actually agreed remain decisive; a displayed status does not guarantee an entitlement to commission.

05

Link remuneration to the right outcome

Cooperation concerns the agreed buyer and the relevant property. Consent, authority, terms and individual review remain required; presentation alone does not create rights. CasaPact does not accept purchase, reservation or commission funds and does not act as an escrow agent.
